Project Summary

An Urban Hospital needed to restructure its Finance Department due to an inability to attract, recruit and retain required talent, which was necessary to accomplish its new vision and mission in a very competitive and dynamic healthcare environment.

The team reviewed strategic priorities, operational plan and budgets of the Hospital and lead the restructuring of the department to support the execution of the institution's goals.

The project was successfully completed.
